Flow around a stuck tumor cell
This experiment was created to study the blood flow surrounding a cell which would be stuck to a blood vessel wall. The cell was placed in multiple positions corresponding to in vivo observations, with various cell/vessel diameter ratio (clogging) and distance to nearby vessels junctions.
The simulations are named with a prefix - "hp" or "lp" - and a number. The prefixes stand for "high priority" and "low priority" respectively, as some cases were more important than others. |
