1. Introduction

This document will provide basic information to run the Eye2Brain applications on the MSO4SC Portal.

An overview of the account requisities needed to run the applications is given in this section.

This is followed by a brief description of the graphical user interface developed in the context of the MSO4SC project in the context of the Eye2Brain tools.

Finally an example of the usage of the overall platform, from the selection of input through the simulation within the MSO4SC portal tools to the results visualition.

study the Models and Applications and try to reproduce them
