Conclusion and outlook

During those two months, we studied another benchmark for the heat and moisture transport process in a porous wall. We also add some improvement to the application be begin to develop during the project, using technical features of Feel++.

Then, we studied a more complex case, adding to the model the transport of heat and moisture in the room, in order to simulate on a full room. Even if the resulting application is not working yet.

Finally, we partially studied the HDG method to simulate the model, even if I didn’t understand all of it.

The next goal will be to solve the problem of the execution of this application and add a thermal comfort index to it.

We can link the work of this internship with what was done with my colleagues : Romain studying raditive heat transfer, and Hanane and Sarra worked on the missing data (and particularly comfort criteria).
